What are the clinic hours?
  • The clinic is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 12 am and 1 pm to 5 pm.
  • We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • Laboratory hours are 8:30 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 4 pm.
What are the phone hours of the clinic?
  • Appointment desk phone hours are 8:30 am to 12 am and 1 pm to 5 pm.
  • Administration phone hours are 8:30 am to 12 am and 1 pm to 5 pm.
  • Nursing station phone hours are 9 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Please note: Voicemail is available on the nursing station phones only during these hours.
Are your doctors accepting new patients into their practices?

Please call this number: (867) 393-6980. This Department of Health and Social Services voice mail line provides up to date information on Whitehorse doctors and clinics that are accepting new patients. The information is updated every few weeks.

How do I transfer my medical records to a doctor at your clinic?

You have two options:

  1. Come in to our clinic to fill out and sign a Request for Medical Records form, or
  2. Go to your present doctor’s office and fill out a Medical Records Release form so that your records can be sent to us.

Please note: transfers of medical records are not covered under your health plan and a fee may be charged for this service.

How do I transfer my medical records from your clinic to another doctor?

You must come in to the clinic and complete a Medical Records Release form. This form indicates what records you want released and to whom. It is signed by you, giving us authorization to release the records.
